We met David through our real estate agent and had been told he was great at finances and getting people approved for their loan. We already had our loan pre-approval with a different lender with whom we had worked in the past. We thought we had a pretty good interest rate but we thought what could it hurt to get a second opinion. He started with very challenging circumstances: The seller requested a shortened loan contingency period and he was brought in 6 days AFTER escrow had started because our first lender fell through.
